Council is developing a Walking and Cycling Plan for Red Cliffs to guide improvements for walking and cycling trips in and around Red Cliffs. The Plan will link key community destinations such as schools, shops, waterways, parks, and recreation areas. We are engaging with the community to gather your thoughts on walking, cycling and road safety in Red Cliffs to help us identify areas for improvement and possible treatments to make the area safer and better for people travelling to and through town. Council’s Engineering Development Team is leading the development of the plan and has engaged O’Brien Traffic to prepare the Red Cliffs Walking & Cycling Plan. Council has been successful in obtaining funding from the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) for this project.
